- Direct import from OpenStreetMap: Import georeferenced data directly from OpenStreetMap and integrate it seamlessly into your projects. This allows you to get started faster and focus on what's important.
- Directivity for industrial noise sources: Frequency-dependent 2D and 3D directivity can be taken into account for industrial sources. Use directivity from our directivity library or create your own directivities. If necessary, generate chimney directivity according to ISO 9613-2:2024. Even complex loudspeaker directivity patterns can be imported in no time using the CLF import function
- Stages in SDE format: The SDE format defines a standardised exchange format, developed together with d&b audiotechnik and L-Acoustics, which contains all the data required for noise predictions for the sound system. This eliminates the need for time-consuming reconstruction of a system and reduces potential errors. The SDE calculation takes into account multiple interacting arrays, different propagation paths, and the effects of meteorological conditions, thus guaranteeing immission predictions according to the latest standards.
- New calculation type Facade contours: Noise levels can be visualized directly on building surfaces — ideal for detailed immission analyses and transparent presentation of results to clients and authorities.
- Additional module building acoustics outside included: The additional module BA Outside for calculating airborne sound insulation against outdoor noise is included in SoundPLANessential+ at no extra charge.
